Arizona Ranch is the left side of a duplex. Your interior living space is private and reserved exclusively for your group, but some exterior areas—including the driveway—are shared with the neighboring unit.



We ask guests to be considerate of the neighboring residents and shared spaces throughout their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the Arizona Ranch living space and its designated guest areas throughout their reservation.

The home offers convenient contactless self check-in. Access information will be provided prior to arrival so you can check in independently.



🚗 SHARED DRIVEWAY — PLEASE READ



The property has a shared driveway with the neighboring side of the duplex.



Arizona Ranch guests should park on the LEFT side of the driveway.



Parking is best suited for 1 vehicle. Two vehicles can generally fit on the left side when parked carefully and considerately, but please make sure your vehicles do not interfere with the neighboring unit's portion of the driveway or block access.



Please be especially mindful that the driveway is shared and leave adequate room for the neighboring residents to enter and exit.



🔒 GARAGE



The garage is locked and NOT included with the guest rental.



It is reserved for owner/storage use and is not available for guest parking or access. Please do not attempt to enter the garage or other locked owner/management areas.



🧺 LAUNDRY



A washer and dryer are available for guest use during your stay.



🌳 OUTDOOR SPACE



Guests have access to the designated yard, patio, and BBQ associated with Arizona Ranch.



🗑️ TRASH



Garbage bins remain at the end of the driveway for weekly collection.



Trash is generally collected Thursday morning, and guests do not need to move the bins for pickup.



Please place bagged household garbage inside the appropriate bins.

This is a residential, lived-in neighborhood, and Arizona Ranch is one side of a duplex. Guests should expect the normal sounds and activity associated with residential living, including neighbors, vehicles, pets, deliveries, landscaping, and other everyday neighborhood activity.



Getting Around:

Arizona Ranch provides convenient access to downtown Caldwell, I-84, nearby medical facilities, restaurants, shopping, Idaho wine country, and the surrounding Treasure Valley.



🚗 PARKING



The driveway is shared with the neighboring duplex unit.



Arizona Ranch guests should park on the LEFT side only.



The space is most comfortable for 1 vehicle, although 2 vehicles can generally fit when parked carefully and considerately.



Please do not block or encroach on the neighboring unit's side of the driveway or prevent vehicles from entering or exiting.



The garage is not available for parking.



Additional parking outside the property should not be assumed or relied upon unless otherwise permitted by posted/local parking regulations.



🚙 GETTING AROUND THE TREASURE VALLEY



A vehicle is the easiest way to explore Caldwell and the surrounding area. I-84 provides convenient access toward Nampa, Meridian, Boise, and other Treasure Valley destinations.

The home offers private, contactless self check-in, so there's no need to coordinate an in-person arrival.



Our local management team is available through your booking platform's messaging system if you have questions, need assistance, or something comes up during your stay.
