'The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous, with a mountain view that looks as if it has been plucked straight from a painting. The cleanliness is superb and I am talking about the entire hotel. I couldn't ask for more in terms of maintaining such pristine conditions.

'We just spent three nights at Hotel La Colina in Gijon, Spain. I have to say it’s been the highlight of our European trip. The location is secluded outside of town, but you can get into town in 10 minutes. We ate breakfast in the cafeteria every morning and the food and service were wonderful. The rooms were great, the views are fantastic, along with the hiking paths and best of all the staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip. Highly recommended, and we will be back.'

Casa bonita y muy completa con todo el menaje necesario y productos de higiene para baño y cocina. Bien cuidado y cómodo para 6 personas, para 8 lo veo muy justo. El wifi no era muy estable pero me dejaron trabajar en una mesa al lado de recepción. Personal muy amable y en general muy buena experiencia. '

'Hotel in beautiful building, although the rooms don’t have the same ‘grandeur’. The rooms are large though and everything you want is in walking distance.
I wasn’t impressed with breakfast. Even if you’re not a late sleeper some dishes are empty and aren’t refilled. Warm dishes aren’t really kept warm. For the price there are probably better options outside. '

'We were 4 friends on a motorcycle trip through the Picos. This place looked amazing in the photos so we booked it.
It was amazing when we got there. Situated in a quiet town overlooking the mountains, the place was beautifully kept, the staff were great, the food was very good, and the fact that our command of Spanish was very poor didn't stop us from having a great overnight stay.
We didn't use the spa so can't comment other than it looked very nice.'
