Our apartment was all assembled in 2019 !!! It was a total overhaul, from installing 80 x 80 polished porcelain tile on the floor to LED lighting in every room. All furniture and appliances are NEW and were purchased to provide the best comfort and the best possible experience. Every detail of decor was thoughtful with a lot of nurturing so our guests feel at home. A sun rising apartment, cozy and tasteful!

COUPLE SUITE: Features a queen box double bed with two auxiliary beds underneath, a 32 inch LCD panel TV, split inverter air conditioning, custom designed cabinets and a blackout curtain. The suite has a private bathroom with shower stall, mirror and decoration.

SINGLE ROOM: It has two single beds, one of which has an auxiliary bed underneath, 32 inch LCD panel TV, split inverter air conditioning, custom cabinetry and blackout curtain. In this single room the two single beds can be joined together, thus becoming a double bed.

SOCIAL BATHROOM: This bathroom has the same size and characteristics of the suite bathroom, with shower stall, mirrors and decoration.

DINING AND LIVING ROOM: Four-seater sofa, 42-inch LCD TV SmartTV (in the apartment has wifi internet) installed in a panel with a niche, a planned dining table with 6 comfortable chairs, bar / balcony with 2 High chairs / stools.

KITCHEN AMERICAN TYPE: Integrated with the living room, our kitchen was all assembled with new appliances such as: cooktop stove, scrubber, electric oven, water filter, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker and blender. The kitchen has been fitted with custom cabinets and has all the necessary utensils for the preparation of meals, such as a pan set, plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, etc.

SERVICE AREA: Has a fixed clothesline and a washing tank.

GOURMET BALCONY: Balcony with charcoal grill barbecue, counter and a granite table for 04 seats.

ALL WINDOWS, AS WELL AS THE BALCONY, HAVE PROTECTION SCREEN FOR CHILDREN.

Our condominium (Residencial Prive das Thermas II) is the BEST residential development of the Prive Group in Caldas Novas! It is located in the center of the hotel and has an ample and beautiful water park with 7 swimming pools (6 of which are heated), sauna, gym, games room, sports court, peteca court, playground, playpen, water slide, restaurant , snack bar, wet bar, waterfalls and covered garage.

Well-located, Residencial Prive das Thermas 2 is close to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, handicraft fairs, amusement park, bakeries and just 12 minutes walking from the city center with many attractions.

It is allowed to take food and drink to the leisure area, provided that the rules are observed to not use glass utensils, not to consume inside the swimming pools (except the swimming pool of the wet bar where the consumption inside is allowed) and to lower the drinks in the standard thermal box of the condominium that is inside the apartment.

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:

1) The Check In time is 2:00 PM and the Check Out time is 12:00. These schedules can be relaxed through availability and prior adjustment;

2) It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment;

3) We do not provide bed and bath linens! However, in order to make our guests' travel and stay easier, we may refer a reliable third-party rental partner;

4) The use of barbecue should be restricted to the occupants of the apartment. We kindly ask you to clean the grill after use. In order to use the barbecue, it is necessary to follow the guidelines that are in place for the removal of the plug to exhaust the smoke, as well as closing the doors to the living room and the kitchen;

5) It is forbidden to enter pets;

6) The site displays an average rate. Make your query to check the exact amount of the period you want;

7) The condominium charges the value of R $ 15.00 (fifteen reais) of each guest to put an identification bracelet. This value, which is paid only once (not a daily rate), must be done at the RECEPTION of the condominium at the time of entry. Children up to 05 (five) years of age do not pay for this identification bracelet;

8) When an INSTANT RESERVATION OR REFERENCE is made on this site, the owner will send a quote according to the number of people indicated by the traveler. In this way, any request for the addition of guests by the traveler will be reviewed by the owner and if accepted, an extra fee will be charged.

9) The opening hours of the pools are from 07:00 to 23:30.
