Villa Beleamy is a spectacular dream property for discerning clients seeking a modern villa designed to take advantage of the sun and the breathtaking views of Obidos Lagoon. With a construction area of 5700 square feet the villa is finished to a beautiful standard in the exclusive area of Foz do Arelho only a few minutes walk to the lagoon and beaches.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a super modern kitchen with Silkstone granite work surfaces and Miele appliances, a separate laundry room, 2 TV/ game lounges, a fitness/ work-out area, a games room for kids with plenty of toys, a 1700 square meter balcony with spectacular views over the lagoon, an open plan dining area inside, a covered outside seating area, a heated infinity swimming pool at an additional charge of EUR 150/week, a large double garage , a BBQ grill, a large sun terrace and veranda, 8 bikes for use, a playground with swing and slide, plenty of baby and kids equipment for the pool (baby and kids swim suits) and much much more…

The Royal Obidos golf course is 20 minutes drive. 5 minute drive to Foz do Arelho village with cafes, bars, restaurants, mini market, bank, post office and school. 5 minutes drive to the beautiful beach of Foz do Arelho and 10 minutes drive to the beach at Sao Martinho do Porto. 10 minutes drive to the A8 motorway and 55 minutes drive to Lisbon airport. The town of Caldas da Rainha is 20 minutes drive.

Nice, comfortable and fully equipped villa.

It was very relaxing experience. House is really spacious. It's actually better than we could expect. Contact with local host Dora was easy and fast. We had small technical issue but it was fixed directly.Info-book makes everything easy. Great villa.

Mooi en groot huis, (huur)auto is nodig

Het huis is gigantisch, de keuken goed uitgerust en badkamers allemaal netjes en praktisch. Het (verwarmde) zwembad is schoon en heerlijk gelegen. Uitzicht is prachtig, er wordt volop gebouwd in de directe omgeving. De dichtstbijzijnde winkels is een 15 minuten rijden met de auto. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant 10 minuten.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bellamy! Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome package of food when we arrived. The villa itself was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.It’s perfect for families — there were plenty of toys for younger children, and having bikes available for the whole family was a big bonus. The setting is peaceful, secure, and offers lovely views. While there aren’t many local amenities within walking distance, a car is definitely recommended. The beach is just a 5-minute drive (or a 30–40 minute walk if you prefer).Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Villa Bellamy to anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly getaway in Foz do Arelho.

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa à Nadadouro, et ce fut un véritable plaisir. La maison est très spacieuse, décorée dans des tons clairs qui créent une ambiance de vacances dès l’arrivée.La piscine est fantastique, et les vues depuis la terrasse sont tout simplement époustouflantes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les moments de calme en fin de journée, à prendre le thé en admirant le paysage. L’endroit est paisible, silencieux et propice à la détente.La villa est également très bien située, à proximité immédiate des plages. Les échanges avec les hôtes ont été excellents : ils ont toujours été disponibles, réactifs et tout s’est déroulé sans accroc.Un séjour parfait que nous recommandons vivement.

Just got back from a week at villa belleamy with the whole family. Villa was lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Had everything we needed with 2 small children. Location is quiet and safe. Check in and check out went smoothly, the hosts are responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend, and we hope to be back in the future :)

Villa tout confort très bien équipée pour une famille.

Du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au barbecue du soir en passant par les petites randonnées aux alentours, soit à pied soit en voiture, c’était parfait pour toute une famille ! Beaucoup de choses à visiter. Region magnifique. Cours de surf à Péniche, visite de Lisbonne, de Óbidos et ses remparts, restaurant au bord de l’eau, randonnées le long de la côte, soirée karaoke à la villa…

Wunderbares Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und sehr hochwertig. Das Haus liegt nahe der Lagune und man ist auch sehr schnell am Meer. Der Eigentümer ist sehr gut zu erreichen, sehr bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!

Our Portuguese home from home

I’ve been holidaying in Portugal down south for 40 years and we wanted to try a different area- it did not disappoint! The area is wonderful Inc the lagoon, the castle etc and we absolutely loved this villa, it made our family holiday so enjoyable, especially with all of the kids items. The villa is very comfortable and really well furnished with lovely art and decorative bits - it feels warm and like a home from home. The heated pool, the outdoor play area for the children, the bikes and toys available to use were just icing on the cake - fantastic!
