Villa's in Calahonda

'This is our second time of staying in this villa. The location, walkable to Mijas, is excellent. There is plenty of space for 10 guests in varying rooms. It is not modern luxury but a very traditional and interesting house which is very comfortable and good communal areas. The pool area is huge with plenty of sun beds and a well maintained pool. We had a couple of issues, one with hot water but the owner/contact was very responsive and it was quickly sorted. Excellent security. Not all rooms...

'Words cannot adequately express how perfect this property is, and pictures cannot do it justice. Peter and Maryam were outstanding hosts, always available, always immediately responsive. We travelled with an extended family of 7 adults and 6 children and stayed for 12 days. The house is magnificent; extensive grounds, breathtaking views, beautiful interior design, immaculately clean, designer kitchen, great A/C with individual controls for each room. 'The property is not as advertised. The online listing says its a 6 bedroom villa whereas it only has 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 9 in beds only if couples and children. Definitely doesn't sleep 10! Especially not10 adults! The pool and outdoor garden appear much larger in the posted images than in reality. The layout and furniture are also airbrushed and photoshopped, not the real deal. It's quite old and hasn't been renovated in a while. Definitely needs new bedsheets and towels, everything is so dated....
