Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7.

However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.

Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.

Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.

For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 150,00 applies for check-in after 8:00pm, with prior notice. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.

The Contract

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.

Deposit

The refundable deposit of € 200,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.

The Tourist Tax

The tourist tax, not included in the total cost of the stay, is applied in accordance with the current municipal regulations. The Municipality of Cagliari requires a tourist tax to be paid locally, amounting to € 2,00 per person per night (excluding children under 12 and guests over 70), for the first 5 nights of the stay, from January to June and from October to December. In July, August and September, the tax is € 3,00 per person per night.

The tax applies to all stays from January 1st to December 31st and must be paid in cash at check-in.

***Pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed in this property at no additional charge, excluding breeds considered dangerous. The presence of a pet must be declared at the time of booking, specifying its weight and breed. This information is a mandatory condition for acceptance.

LOCATION

The district of San Benedetto (Santu Bendettu), although not part of the historic core of Cagliari represents the character and heart of the city of Cagliari. Born as an agricultural district, it began to develop between the '30s and the' 40s as a modern area of the city and then completed between the '50s to the' 80s. Today the district of San Benedetto can not be labeled as a simple residential area or as an exclusively commercial area, since it contains both aspects, responding positively to most of the needs of its inhabitants, citizens of Cagliari but also of the ever more numerous tourists on vacation or in the city for business reasons.

The neighborhood is very well served by cafes, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, paid parking and free (along the road) and, by public transport, including the open air metro that allows you to easily reach the historic center of Cagliari, the Poetto seafront and the most important beaches of the southeast coast and southwest of the island.

We recommend that Guests read the listing carefully before booking, to ensure that the property fully meets the style and requirements of their holiday.

The property’s maximum occupancy (3 guests) includes adults, children and infants. The maximum number of guests indicated cannot be exceeded, in accordance with safety regulations and the house rules.

For safety reasons and in compliance with applicable regulations, the villa is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Any visits by external people must be communicated in advance to the Booking Office, providing the identification documents of the visiting guests. Overnight stays by people not included in the booking are not permitted.
