Instead of using a property management company, we rent the villa directly and independently, and do everything from maintenance, deep cleans and even buy the soaps and consumables ourselves. The home is two stories with two bedrooms and three full baths, and finished with fine modern furnishings providing luxury and comfort in every room. The villa contains floor to ceiling double panel bi-fold doors which maximize your view of the amazing sunsets from both floors. There is also a quiet second storey balcony at the front of the home. It has two full dining areas, one indoor and one outdoor. Go out the back doors and you are less than fifty steps to the white sandy beach!

Guest Suite: Either 2x Twin or 1x King, plus a loft with 1x double.
We also have a new (comfortable!) Queen sofa bed in the living room with black-out blinds, and a full bath on the main floor.
Due to local bylaws, the unit can sleep up to a maximum of 6 people.
Kids: The Villa offers a pack and play crib with mattress, baby blanket, baby pillows, changing pad and a baby monitor (which reaches the poolside!) We also offer several toys and board games.
The Palms has 24/7 guards, gated privacy and two pools with attractive tropical landscaping throughout the complex. The main 100ft infinity pool is great for little ones, too! There is a fully equipped gym with a beautiful ocean view. The resort offers non-motorized water sports equipment (boogie boards, masks, flippers), and the staff are glad to facilitate anything from catamaran tours to wave runners, babysitting, and more. Hot lunches and dinners is delivered by nearby Coco Loco, with breakfast offered on weekends; and there is an on-site bar serving tropical cocktails in the afternoon and at sunset. Our concierge team can even organize private sunset dinners on the beach!
If you love to cook, you'll enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, Viking appliances, and a common barbecue area that boasts brand new Weber grills with motorized rotisseries!
The villa includes fast 100 mbps wifi, Smart TVs with built-in access to Netflix. The fees payable via VRBO cover daily housekeeping, paper products (toilet paper, paper towel and facial tissue) and bath soap/shampoo/conditioner - a true hotel-like experience! Club fees also cover on-site Concierge services, daily beach towels, non-motorized water sports, fabulous ocean-view gym, and property-wide wifi.

HOT TIPS: Bakery truck comes to The Palms every Tuesday and Friday. Try the banana cake—it's amazing! As for dinner, CocoLoco is 1 min away on the beach and is a MUST. We recommend the sizzling lava rock steak. Mmmmm.
