« My stay was great! Staff was very accommodating. Only problem was checking in. I was the only one checking in and it took about 30 minutes due to computer issues. They worked diligently and finally got me in my room. Definitely will stay here again! »

« No conditioner in shower but did have 2 shampoos. Water in bathroom sink slow and small stream. Cook top burners not together. Otherwise, beds and room was very comfortable. »

« GROSS pool and hot tub. There was very visible algae along the pool floor and hot tub sides. Dirty pool deck. Booked a king room with sleeper sofa. Room was very large. There was sadly hair on a bed pillow and clump on the bathroom floor. No shampoo in dispenser. Staff were friendly and there was ample parking. In spite of this, would NOT recommend. »

« Room was clean, body wash dispenser was empty but bar soap in room, Goofy TV remote had to point at the lamp instead of the TV to get working. Decent place to stay during busy Berkshire Hathaway weekend. »

« Room had been very poorly cleaned with the bathroom being skipped over. Hair all over. Elevator was out of service for half of our stay. Updates have been neglected for some time. Breakfast was very limited. If it were a cheap hotel, it would be understandable, but they were charging a premium. Not worth it. »

« The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. « I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do...

« Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. »
