Vacation rental right on the North Sea in Butjadingen-Tossens

The vacation home is located in the historic center of Tossens, a coastal town in Butjadingens, right on the North Sea. The vacation home is centrally located yet quiet. It is 1,200 meters to the sea.

The house has two main entrances with a hallway, each leading to two vacation apartments. The bright, cozy “Heringsmöwe” vacation apartment is located on the first floor, with the bedroom in the attic, and accommodates 2 people.

The apartment offers sleeping space for 2 people in a large double bed measuring 200 x 200 cm. For our youngest guests, a crib and high chair can be provided upon request.

The living room features a comfortable couch with a modern smart TV.

Free Wi-Fi is available for every guest.

Each vacation apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

All apartments are fully equipped and typically consist of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

Dogs are allowed in the Heringsmöwe vacation rental.

Shopping options are just 500 meters away. The beach is only about 1 km away, and there is also a separate dog beach there. A medical center, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a pharmacy are also nearby.

In Tossens, in addition to the beach, there is also an indoor water park, Aqua Mundo, with a sauna area. At the North Sea lagoon in Burhave, you can swim all day and relax on the sandy beach. Surfing, water skiing, kitesurfing, and fishing are available at various beach resorts.

At the Spielscheune Burhave, children can play under supervision. The approximately 200 km long “Deutsche Sielroute” is perfect for cycling tours.

On well-marked and scenic trails, you can explore the region, enjoy the salty fresh air, and be inspired by the diversity of Butjadinge.

Visitor’s tax:
The visitor’s tax is added to the rental price. From March 15 through October 15, this tax is 3.50 euros per day per adult and 2.10 euros per day per child aged 3 to 13.
From October 16 through March 14, the tourist tax is 1.60 euros per day per adult and 1.00 euro per day per child aged 3 to 13.
You pay the tourist tax at the accommodation.
