This is a lovely quiet cottage house with a fully enclosed beautiful garden, just a 2 minute walk to Dunsborough town and a 4 minute walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms, master with king bed and large ensuite bathroom with spa bath. Loft bedroom upstairs (enclosed) with queen bed and bunk beds. A smaller third bedroom downstairs with bunk beds and a cot. Second bathroom downstairs. Separate play room fully equipped with a tv, toys and books. Fabulous outdoor entertaining area with heating and dining table. Child friendly with babygate to the upstairs area. Heating and air conditioning along with wood fire, pizza oven, Free wifi, smart tv with streaming, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, blender, BBQ, trampoline, swing/playground equipment, DVDs, high chair, iron, washer and dryer and kids toys. Garden is enclosed and dogs are allowed at owner discretion. Cleaning and linen/towels fee of $260 for each booking included in quote. Suit families and couples.
