« We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...

« This was a lovely little house to use as a home base for some mountain adventures. My kids especially loved the full-sized bunk beds. Check in was easy, the hosts responded immediately to questions and were very helpful. An added bonus, Weaverville itself is a great little town with good food and fun shops! I would absolutely go back to this same property! »

« History buffs will especially appreciate this house. The owners have come up with a good compromise between historical accuracy and modern livability. The kitchen is adequately furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels, and the bathroom and shower-tub are totally functional. Plenty of hot water, which can sometimes be an issue with older homes.There are multiple grocery stores a short driving distance from the place, and the downtown is very close.
