'Everything was great except parking. Who ever owns or rented the place next to us used part of our parking space so we had to park in guest parking. Would have been a bigger issue if we had not been able to use the load-unload spot next to elevators. Place a pic of the vehicle. We would stay again. Just wanted to let you know as this could be a bigger issue of your other guests.'

'We had a wonderful time at Escape To The Hollows! The condo was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. We were there for a weekend wedding nearby and what a surprise to find a steamer after I had forgotten mine! The view from the condo is gorgeous and so private. 'Bedding and baths were clean. Leftover personal items. The entire kitchen and bath floors were sticky, there was pizza boxes, leftover food in pantry and the appliances were not clean. The furniture was in disrepair and stained as well as the rug. Many photos and reports were made with no response. The access code did not work upon arrival. Suggesting remove all food, including old spices and any old coffee creamers or coffee. Deep clean appliances/cabinets, replace vent filter,...

'The unit was beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The Murphy bed was a nice feature for our 4 year old. The location was easy to access from the garage. Our host was easy to contact and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here next time we are visiting family in Lago Vista! '

'When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. 'We enjoyed the property. The view is fantastic and there are some good restaurants in the area. The lake water is low but Cynthia helped us to find a place to put in our jet skis. Unfortunately, we didn't get as much time on the lake as we would have liked since our dog barked when we left him alone one morning so we spent the rest of the time with him. Cynthia was really good at communicating with us. We would definitely recommend this property.'
