'Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations.
Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days.
Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe.
Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. '

'This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.'

'Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!'

'Het hotel is prima, ruime kamers, schoon, luxe gevoel, prachtige badkamer met bad en aparte (regen) douche, maar eenmaal buiten struikel je over bedelaars en zwervers, we waren in shock. Het voelt niet fijn.
Minpunt is wel dat we vertrokken tijdens de gaypride en onduidelijk was of er bussen naar Leeds Bradford reden. De ene recepcionist zei van wel, de andere zei, de chaos op het plein voor het hotel bekijkend, "no, no busses" . Onze rit naar de luchthaven werd van £4,00 met de bus £30,00 met...
