Hôtel près de Bupa Cromwell Hospital (Londres)

"Hôtel très bien situé avec métro à proximité, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner très complet. La propreté de la chambre pourrait être accentuée de manière générale (moquette tachée, sol de la salle de bain abîmé notamment) Bain à remous qui ne fonctionnait pas, vestiaire de la piscine assez vétustes et les casiers qui se ferment avec un cadenas non fourni Hôtel avec beaucoup de monde, bien dans son ensemble mais ça ne vaut pas le 4 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas spécialement mis à part pour la localisation "

"La chambre simple est propre et la salle de bain privée est équipée d’une baignoire. Le lit est un peu étroit mais confortable. Bien pour un court séjour et prix raisonnable. Bien situé. Par contre, l’isolation sonore est à refaire. Il y avait une ouverture en dessous de la porte de la chambre, j’entendais tous les bruits extérieurs (conversations, claquements de porte etc.) "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "

"We often stay here and generally it is great. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms vary but most are fine. Beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are ok some better than others. The bar is good with good bar snacks. Breakfast is copious and good. Added bonus of a car park although it is price at £50 a day but it is London. Well located."

"We loved everything about this hotel! Location is excellent, situated just a few meters from the Piccadilly Line which is THE perfect line for all the London landmarks. Room was cosy and comfortable and absolutely spotless. Excellent and quality breakfast with fresh fruit, bacon, sausages etc.. The building is very pretty, outside and inside decor is very sleek and modern. Bedding is very comfortable, easy to use air-con, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and of course the kids adored the tv in the bathroom😁. Everything you need on the doorstep. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we come to London!"

The location is also hard to beat: 1 min away from High Street Kensington, which is both a station on the circle and district lines, and a street full of good restaurants (Yashin is pretty top notch) "
