You'll have access full access to our entire house, and our property. You may also access our community common area which includes a full basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, sand volleyball court, private sandy beach and boat launch in case you wish to bring your own boat or jet ski! Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Lake Anna’s premier neighborhood, Noah’s Landing. Noah’s Landing is located on the most private and coolest pond of the private side of Lake Anna. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Amazing community amenities and miles of private roads and trails for walking, jogging and cycling provides plenty of areas for fun and recreation.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft.
Getting Around:
Noah's Landing is Lake Anna’s premier neighborhood, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles.

If you're staying for an Extended Visit, we’ve got you covered with a Washer and Dryer for your convenience, and the 1Gb Fiber Optic Internet makes Remote Work or Streaming a breeze.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
