'Dichtbij het vliegveld, handig want we hadden een erg vroege vlucht. Keurig met het shuttlebusje gebracht en we kregen zelfs een breakfast to go mee. Bedden lagen prima en ook de badkamer is keurig. Zou hier zo weer boeken.'

'Vladi, the receptionist is the best! He knows how to spell the word SERVICE by taking care of you the way you expect to be taken care of is an airport hotel.
He arranged a free taxi to the airport as the free shuttle was in use already by other guests.
Easy access to the hotel, the rooms are clean, breakfast with everything you need/wish for. I recommend you stay there everytime you need tostay close to Sofia airport.'

'False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!'

'Prima hotel voor zakenreizigers, dichtbij het vliegveld en gratis shuttle. Ook voor toeristen is het een goed hotel, maar het hotel bevindt zich aan de rand van de stad. Als toerist zit je misschien liever in het centrum van Sofia.
Ik ben er 4 tot 5x per jaar. Dat zegt genoeg, toch?'

'Good quality for the price. It’s situated in the business area, next to a large mall. To the city centre with taxi is around 10 Lev and back the same. We only took yellow cab and o.k. Taxi. First night to hotel with O.K. Taxi they try to rip us off, by not turning the meter on. He said 10 Lev is good, we gave him 5 Lev and he didn’t say anything as he knew he was wrong. '

'Mooi hotel, spa is een aanrader. Bij ontbijt worden broodjes en croissants slecht aangevuld, kamer verschonen op zondag pas laat in de middag rond 17:00 uur. Komt er een reisgezelschap aan en je wilt in het dineren dan wordt te weinig personeel in gezet. Na uur wachten opgestapt en buiten hotel gaan eten. Nadeel hotel is dat het overal ver vandaan ligt en je flink moet lopen om openbaar vervoer te kunnen nemen. Optie is een taxi, die zijn overigens niet duur.'
