Villa Casa Bastiani is located in the greenery of the village of Marušići, near Buje. Due to its location, this 2-bedroom villa offers you complete privacy and the opportunity for undisturbed enjoyment and relaxation. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a private tavern at your disposal for evening gatherings with wine and guitar. The villa is designed for 4 people.



The villa is 128 m² and has 3 floors, of which the 1st floor and the attic are open to guests. In the attic, or on the top floor, there is a space for dining and relaxing. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a living room. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances you need to prepare meals and make your morning coffee. After your meal, put the dishes in the washing machine and relax on the comfortable couch next to the TV. The flow and furnishings make this space perfect for socializing. The stone wall and wooden ceiling beams add to the warmth of the room, and for a complete experience, you can light a fire in the indoor fireplace. But for that, wait for cooler days. All rooms are air conditioned and in addition to the fireplace there is underfloor heating.



All bedrooms are on the 1st floor. One of the rooms has a double bed, while the other has 2 single beds. If you are planning a vacation with children, you will be able to spread out nicely in these 2 rooms. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.



In the courtyard of the villa, which covers an area of 250 m², you will find a swimming pool and 4 sunbeds. There is also a separate building with a covered terrace with an alfresco dining area. To make it easier for you to prepare meals on hot summer days, there is a barbecue at your disposal. There is also a fully equipped summer kitchen in the aforementioned tavern, where we believe you will spend a lot of time. And as an added bonus - there is an open fireplace, which means another area for grilling. In the evening, the tavern can be transformed into an idyllic place for family gatherings.



Villa Casa Bastiani is located in the immediate vicinity of the town of Buje and numerous natural attractions. You must have heard about the beauty of Buje, so make it an unmissable destination during your stay in Istria. But you probably didn't know that close to the villa, less than 10 minutes by car, is the Istrian desert. You won't see sand, but you will experience an incredible sight of bare stone without vegetation in the middle of the countryside. On the way back, stop at the Butori waterfall and explore the beauty of nature that surrounds it.
