'Prima hotel, goede service.'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'Overall, the property was far below the anticipated conditions and value for the nightly rates. My room was damp & musty, strong indications of mold growth in the air vents/return. Linens were stained and had hair that did not belong to my partner or myself. Our in room fridge wasn’t functioning, but this was not apparent until the next morning when the items placed inside were still warm more than 12 hours later'

'There was little flies and gnats over my bed, in my room. That use to be a much high in hotel.'

'The place was beautiful, breakfast and the glass of wine at night very nice, the staff were great. My only complaints, the wi-fi never worked for 3 night stay. I told at least three people. while the room was very spacious and comfortable the vanity in the bathroom was small.very little extra surface to put my things on. Even the hand towels and washcloths sat on the vanity. an extra towel bar next to the vanity would be easy to do and help with this.'
