'Our room had visible black mould all over the roof, gross stains on the bed, brown water, a kicked off door lock, something mouldy on the curtain etc. we had to switch hotels in the middle of the night after realizing we could not sleep in the room. We received a refund for the second night but still paid for the first night even though we couldn’t sleep in it.'
'I was very pleased with how nice the front desk staff were. I was scared about the hotel at first but it was actually nice and they call to make sure your stay is good. I’ll be coming back again.'
