The common areas feature a double sofa bed and a single mattress.

The space
The two-story loft is very spacious and comfortable. It has a full bathroom and a guest sink. Fully equipped open-concept kitchen, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, juicer, and all kitchen utensils. Heating and air conditioning.
Children are welcome (a crib is available if needed, as well as a stair gate), as are pets. Very well located, with a supermarket nearby, as well as cafes, restaurants, and areas for children’s activities and nightlife. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, where the grill (barbecue) is located.
Other things to keep in mind:
It has very powerful air conditioning and very strong heating. The terrace has its own grill and a table with chairs. Smoking is allowed there, but not inside.
