The Space:

Unique 3 bedroom house located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, walking distance to all major and popular bars and restaurants in the area.



The house is accesible by a communal hallway of a 4 units building.



There is a patio with a coal BBQ for you to enjoy a local asado. The double height living room offers a wide and opened view into the patio. A large circular dining table is sitting next to the fancy kitchen, as well as a full bathroom.



On the first floor, you can find the master suite with a large and comfortable full bathroom.



On the second level, there are 2 large bedrooms and a third full bathroom, as well as a laundry room you can use. All beds can adapt to queen or twin upon the needs of your group.



There is air conditioner in every room for both heat and cold.



On the terrace, there is a beautiful sunny deck and a mini pool to enjoy the breeze of Palermo.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
