'The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. The view was beautiful from the front porch. We love staying here as this is the 2nd time we stayed. We were close to the river end restaurant.'

'The condo was not well maintained. Black mold on the couch pull out mattress, screen doors off the track, closet door in master bedroom is missing, black gunk on the bathroom stopper in the master bathroom, outlet in master bedroom is detached from the wall, and it looks like someone tried glueing it back to the wall. Carpets were also dirty and stained. The place on the surface was clean, but not maintained. '

'The condo was great layout for our family located on 3rd floor. The drive is not for faint of heart about 2 miles of winding of mult steep hills, but it is beautiful, set in smoky mt. My husband just got tired of drive. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The drawbacks were we wish we had drawers to put our clothes into. there was closet in each bedroom, plenty hangers. the master shower/tub valve diverter was loose and never really got repaired- we weren't able to use this shower. 'My wife, daughters and I had a great stay the week after Christmas. Great location near Ober Mountain and an easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Smoky Mountain National Park. Chalet/Cabin was nice with an updated kitchen. Good size for 4-5 people to stay and have a great mountain vacation'
