Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Seule chose, nous sommes arrivés à 15:15 à l'hôtel et notre chambre n'était pas prête, alors que le site mentionne que nous pouvions prendre possession de la chambre à 15h. Bref il a fallu attendre dans le lobby de l'hôtel jusqu'à 15:40. Aussi, il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette dédiée à la piscine dans la chambre alors que nous étions 4 en tout.... Somme toute, très bonne hôtel que je recommande.

On a passé un tres bon sejour. La chambre est grande, les lits sont confortables, nous avons eu un probleme de ventilation du coup on nous a changer de chambre. Le personnel etait serviable et aimable. La piscine etait bien ! Je recommande cet hotel si vous venez sejourner a Bruxelles, on etait a 10 min du centre ville en transport et 25min a pied.

However, I understand that your stay was not up to your expectation. I noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the comfort of the bed, with the price of the breakfast as well as with the check-in that took too long. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and apologize for the disappointment and discomfort this has created to you. As we are moving away from the pandemic and travel is resuming to some sort of normalcy, I certainly recognize that a comfy bed is important for a restful night. Thus, please be informed that we are going to replace one third of the bedrooms within the first week of July as we expect the deliver from our supplier and as we progress in phases, all the rooms will be completed with brand new beds and mattresses by no later than February 2023 as we are dependent to the manufacturer's production schedule. With regards to the breakfast, I appreciate your honest comment. In spite of a challenging period caused by the disruption of the supply chain, we are looking at revamping the breakfast offering by creating a full-American breakfast as well as a continental breakfast as we understand from the voice of our customers that there is a growing demand for options. Meanwhile, we are also reviewing the entire breakfast offering in order to further enhance the selection and look at ways to cater to our guest's expectation for more bakeries, or hot options, vegetarian options, gluten free and more. Allow us a little time to have this in place as we are currently struggling with the consistency of the supplies from our local and regional suppliers but we aim to improve the breakfast experience as we move forward to ensure a greater satisfaction to you and all our guests in the future. Finally, pertaining to the check-in and check-out process, I acknowledge that a seamless arrival and speedy check-in sets the tone for the rest of the stay. As we are moving away from the pandemic, we are unfortunately facing a severe shortage of manpower in the hospitality industry across Belgium and Europe, coupled with various team members being unwell and not able to come to work, we are currently short of staff to provide the genuine, friendly and efficient service that our guests are familiar with. In the meantime, many of our old associates have left the hotel industry to work in a different industry or do something completely different. Despite the fact that there is a shortage of 65,000 people for hotels and restaurants right now in Belgium, rest assured that we are doing our utmost to re-hire, re-train and bring our new comers up to speed. In the meantime, we have also identified the opportunity for improvement on the check-in and check-out process. As such, we have recently invested into passport scanners and an e-registration process that wi

Une calamité !! A Fuir de toute urgence
-Accueil : A peine arrivé une queue d'une quinzaine de personne (15 min d'attente). Une fois arrivé au guichet une femme de première apparence sympathique nous accueille. Sympathie de courte durée car il a fallu 15 min pour s'enregistrer(erreur d'enregistrement,inversion des noms et des pièces d'identité avec les cartes bleus) Plutôt que de se faire discret afin de masquer son incompétence,cette dernière reproche à mes amis de parler entre eux et qu'elle n'arrive pas à se concentrer.Une honte ! Salubrité: des cheveux collés à la baignoire qui ne peuvent être les miens. Un plateau a trainé devant ma chambre pendant pratiquement tout le séjour. -Sauna, piscine: Je n'avais que 1h pour en profiter durant tout mon séjour dès mon arrivé et il a fallu arriver à l’hôtel pour savoir que c'était sur réservation. je n'ai donc pu en profiter car non informé préalablement. -Problème de climatisation dans la chambre. Enfin un ami à eu le malheur de demander un renseignement à un supposé responsable concernant une possibilité de faire un test antigénique et non PCR dans le coin. Après diverses explications mon ami redemande une confirmation de la faisabilité du test dans un des centres mentionnés. Ce même responsable répond avec arrogance et mépris:" Je ne vais vous envoyer là bas pour acheter des cigarettes" Je présume que ce comportement est le corolaire de l'altercation du premier jour oud'une certaine solidarité ethnique car tout d'eux était d'origine maghrébine. However, I understand that your recent stay was not up to your expectations and noticed from your comments that you have experienced some inconvenience with a long queue upon your arrival, with the check-in process that was not smooth, with the cleanliness of your room, the food tray in front of your door not being removed quickly, with the air-condition in the room, the swimming-pool not being available on this occasion as it was fully booked by other guests and with the lack of helpfulness from the receptionist with regards to your request for information for a Covid test. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and deeply apologize for the poor impression created on this occasion. Rest assured that this is in stark contrast with the genuine, friendly and anticipatory service spirit that our team and the hotel is known for. While I do not have any excuse for the service shortfall from our team, I genuinely welcome your constructive feedback and will review them with our senior leadership team and take the appropriate action to remedy such shortfall in the future. With regards to the queue at the check-in and the swimming-pool not being available, allow me to transparently share that with the festive season, and in spite of the current pandemic, we have experienced a surge of bookings right after Christmas period with a large number of guests making reservations on the same day and arriving at the hotel an hour later causing some challenges for our team to provide a greater service to our guests. Additionally, with regards to the swimming-pool, I fully acknowledge that a large number of our leisure and family travelers are selecting Renaissance hotel for our pool and sauna facility to relax during their stay. Unfortunately, with the current pandemic and due to the current regulations imposed by the local authorities to reduce the spread of the virus by maintaining a social distancing, we are mandated to have a 30-minute slot availability for each room so that the guests and their family can enjoy the pool safely. I certainly recognize that this may not be ideal as we are not able to service all guests within a 12 to 14 hours pool operations during the weekends. Please bear with us during this period as we try our very best to look after our guests while prioritizing your safety and well-being, which remains of paramount importance during these critical times. In the meantime, and in order to secure a time slot and avoid disappointment, we do invite our guests to book a time slot at the swimming-pool prior to their arrival and I know that a good number of our guests are doing so in order to ensure they have the time slot secured for them. While this may not take away any negative feeling from your last stay, I hope it will bring you comfort and re-assur

Mon arrivée, avec reservation , a pris 30 minutes.. incompétent au possible , perdais les papiers. Les melangais. Ont nous tutoyais.. hotel 4 etoiles ? Les gens qui commendait a manger en chambre voyais leurs repas rester 24h devant la porte avant d etre enlevé. Dommage le complexe etais plutot sympa et bien placé. Sympa au bar. Je n y retournerais jamais. Tellement mieux a Bruxelles et souvent pour moin cher...

Un séjour excellent , trop bien situé 1min à pied de la gare de Bruxelles Luxembourg , des bus partout et même des bus de nuit qui passe près de l’hôtel c’est vraiment bien desservi et je compte y revenir du coup !!

Le personnel est disponible et agréable. Nous avons été déçu par l'état de la chambre. (rideaux tachés, mobilier abîmé, effets personnels des anciens clients retrouvés dans le lit). On nous a dit de réserver la piscine 30 mins avant. Nous avons été prendre rdv a 12h et aucuns créneaux n'étaient libre avant notre départ prévu le lendemain.

séjour convenable. Les mesures prises concernant la situation sanitaire sont beaucoup trop strictes pour un établissement comme celui-ci. Pas de restaurant, de bar, de service d'étage, de ménages dans les chambres (vive les poubelles!) et de possibilités de petit déjeuner au sein de l'établissement, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est un comble!! Les mesures de protection, je connais, je suis professionnelle de santé, certes en France!!
