They are undergoing a management change, and every guest is unhappy. The manager was very kind to me and treated me to a complimentary dinner. He did his best, but there is only so much one person can do! However, I will not go back until all the new management issues are fixed. It was a hot mess and not the resort you pay that kind of money to go to. It was almost a waste of money to be honest, and the pool was not really heated as promised, and it was miserable. Also, getting food and drinks during the day took hours. I hope they figure it out, but I am so glad I did not bring my husband bc we would never be going back.
