'We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The downstairs rooms have a back door that leads to the gorgeous pool area. The room was clean and comfortabel and the staff was lovely and accommodating. And breakfast was great: there are various options to choose from, cooked or not. We only walked around a little, the center isn't very big, but we walked to the beach (approx. 15 minute walk) and it was beautiful there'

'The Sails Motel in Brunswick Heads is one of those places that quietly does its job without trying to cosplay as a luxury resort. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a location that’s annoyingly convenient. You can walk to the river, beach, pubs, and cafés in minutes, which means you barely need the car. The pool area is a nice bonus, and while it’s still a motel at heart, it’s a well-kept one. Overall it’s a solid, reliable stay. '

'The room was clean with lots of room which was great as we were travelling with our dog. Staff were helpful with extra towels and any questions we had. Great comfy beds and a short walk to some excellent restaurants. '
