We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the quiet atmosphere and reading. There is no television. The description is accurate, so if you're not looking for this type of rental don't stay here. « Very great and beautiful property. The location accuracy on in the email sent for property location needs work. When you click both the address for iphone maps and click the google maps location it pulls up wrong location. Also not having the cheapest toilet paper ever made would be nice also. « We stayed here while in the process of buying a house in Gatesville. It was home away from home and was a lovely place to relax from the stresses of life. It was clean and had everything we could have needed and more during our stay. The lake is low but we were able to hike down and explore. The house was kid friendly and had lots of books, some board games and other things to keep the kids(and adults) entertained. The owner was so very kind and responded in a timely manner.
