'I booked three rooms for one Saturday night. All three rooms ended up being on different floors. I had 10 children amongst the three rooms, and Saturday morning the pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were decent. Location was decent.'

'Good basic hotel. About sixty feet below route 4 and need to walk up side of access road if don't drive to get to nearby restaurants and stores. One elevator had some problems, for opening and closing repeatedly during one week stay. Not fixed quickly.'

No fridge, no room for our suitcases'

'We were in Albany for a concert and booked the Country Inn and Suites due to our usual hotel being booked. I have zero negative things to say about this property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and maintained, very clean. Our room was great! And best of all, no hallway noise (at least for us)! I know if I find myself back in Albany and need a hotel, it will be this one vice the usual one we stay in.'

The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers.'

'Has potential but not cleaned well. Killed 3 spiders in just a couple of hours. Toilet and sink were not cleaned well. Stains on comforter. Felt dirty. Breakfast was okay but the guy took out like 4 muffins at a time- and you had to ask him to replenish things (like he was hoping people would just leave). Pity because the decor was nice even though the room was small. Bathrooms updated too, but again not quite clean. For the price, it was definitely not worth it. Had it been at the lower prices...
