Hochatown Anniversary

Absolutely incredible weekend. This was the best rental we’ve ever had. Stunning, clean home and property. Our “tween” daughters enjoyed the swings and hot tub while we appreciated the comfortable beds and awesome a/c. We could easily live here in this home! 😁 Great communication with the host—Thank you Judy! It was an amazing anniversary for our first trip to Hochatown!

We had a great time at this cabin. It was really cozy. We like to visit during at off season. It is very quiet and relaxing. This is our third time visit, but first time at this cabin😁. If you are on fence give it a try. All the pictures and amenities are exactly as stated.👍

Not what we were hoping for...

Let me start by saying that the cabin is lovely, and overall well maintained. It has lots of amenities and Judy was great with communication. I would love to give this cabin 5 stars, but for the price we paid I cannot. Since this was the most expensive cabin we've ever booked we had certain expectations, especially based on the photos posted, and were left disappointed. Most important to us was privacy, and this cabin did not feel private at all. The pull-down cloth blinds in the bedrooms were black, but extremely sheer. You could see outside at night well enough to see the stars, and you could definitely see in. The online photos make this cabin look like there are no immediate cabins nearby, but they must be outdated, because there are 4 others surrounding it. We were most exited about the nice private backyard to enjoy the fire pit, but there is a cabin very close behind this one, enough to see them and even hear them checking their voicemail. The online photo must have been taken before the other cabin was built, but it's still not a good representation of what you are getting for the price. We wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet but ended up having to turn on music to try to drown out the noise from the neighbors. Between neighbors all day music, loud talking from multiple other homes, and constant cracks from nearby gun ranges, we were unable to enjoy the peaceful quiet of the woods. The driveway also pretty steep and needs attention before there's anymore washout.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved our time at this cabin. It has everything you could think of and more. Excellent location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views! The cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could ever need. We hated to leave. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. Highly recommend and will return in the future.

Great cabin!

Great place to stay that has everything you could think of to have a great trip. Our favorite part was the back porch. Would definitely recommend cooking your own meal out there and setting around the fire pit.

Perfect!

This was our 3rd visit to a cabin in Broken Bow in the last 3 years. This was by far our favorite. It had everything you could possible need or want. I was very surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. The host had an air fryer, an instant pot, a panini grill and the list goes on. The patio are was perfect. The weather was a bit rainy on many of the days we were there (6 nights) but we could stay on the patio and enjoy the hot tub, watch TV, lounge quietly or sit at the table and play games. We also really enjoyed the fire pit and the area surrounding it. The closest cabins to us were still far enough away and situated just so we still felt secluded and had privacy. Judy the host was wonderful. She checked in on us to see if we needed anything more and answered any questions we had quickly. We couldn't have wished for a better time. We appreciated her recommendation of the new Market on 259. We visited there 3 times for some food items we missed and we found a bottle of one of our favorite wines. The selection at the Market far surpassed what I'd expect for a small town. They even had a lot of organic options. We will definitely return!

Great Cabin in a Nice Wooded Neighborhood

The cabin was a great place to stay for the week! Very clean and lots of amenities. The kitchen is well stocked including spices, basic cooking supplies and lots of coffee and creamer. Everything is well cared for and Judy was a very helpful host. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Couples Weekend

My wife and I and another couple stayed at Heart and Hearth and had an amazing time. Judy was available anytime to answer questions and before our arrival she sent us a Guest Guidebook that was full of information on the cabin and Hochatown. The cabin had a wide variety of board and card games that were so much fun. The cabin was beautiful! We loved that the cabin location was private but close enough to all the attractions and restaurants. We plan to visit again next year. Thanks Judy

Awesome Cabin!

The property is beautiful. The condo has everything you need. The amenities are all-inclusive. Judy was a great host, great communication, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We had a large rock hit the underside of our car which immobilized it for part of our stay and she even asked if we needed dinner. Judy really cares for her clients. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Relaxing stay on a quiet street.

We loved that this property was close to everything but tucked back away from the main road on a quiet street. We had a wonderful time on the large covered deck on the rainy nights. Would love to stay again.

A+ Fantastic Place

This house is amazing, clean and well appointed with all the things you need to feel at home. We loved the back deck for hanging out and relaxing. Excellent spot to disconnect

The property is amazing, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, spices and most utensils you could possibly need. There is good internet service (100mbps+) and all of the TVs have a built in Roku with Airplay. The owner was great and very prompt in responding to any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat.
