Not a property that I would consider Stayz quality. No luxury as described in ad. Standard. Clean bathrooms and well appointed kitchen however grotty old couch with dirty blankets covering and outdoor space sticky and windows there need cleaning. Stale smell when entered apartment and manky bin smells in outside hallway. Check-in was delayed until 4pm due to cleaning. Building works in opposite building continued into the night and began around 6am. Aircon needs reprogramming as seems to be on a half hour timer that needs to be turned back on. Windows won’t remain open for airflow. 2 weak pillows of no substance per bed and others in cupboard had no slips. Good spot for walking but parking is not good. In an effort to see the city lights, we were unable to access rooftop with our key and fob - apparently there’s a club that you need to pay a deposit to access. The rooftop spas were also out of order. We checked out 8.30am after first night and were not reimbursed for 2nd night. Communication via text and Stayz messaging was good but we spent way too much time on this for what we hoped would be a great experience. Agreed we should have spent more time reading the many requirements when we got check in details.
