'Humorously, this hotel advertises itself as “Brisbane’s five star luxury hotel.” It is not!!
It is a three star Holiday Inn at best.
I had a club room that smelt like a locker room. The room smelt of mildew and the furniture was old and worn. The faucet in the bathroom broken and barely functioning.
The location is great.
Unfortunately, the hotel is not.
The only thing five star about the hotel is what they charge for their old and smelly rooms.
This is not a luxury hotel!!'

'The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping.
The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room.'

'Pros: excellent location, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed. Broken toilet (random event) quickly repaired.
Cons: room a little threadbare, room inexplicably not made up one day which would have been OK if I hadn’t had to ask the desk for towels three times.
Also did not appreciate being misgendered - which showed up every time I turned on the TV and on my final bill. You didn’t ask for my gender when I booked - don’t guess, and certainly fix it upon check in when you obviously...

'Summary: they charged me a bogus fee for using a bed that should have been included in my reservation. It felt like a bait and switch and I really didn't like it.
I booked a room for a family of five people. I was placed in a room with one queen/king sized bed, two twin beds, and a full/queen pull out sofa. Should be fine as there are 6 bed spaces in the room.
However, at check in the receptionist said there was an extra $50/night to use the pull out. I pointed out that use of the pull out...
