« Property was clean and looked exactly as displayed in the photos. Dock for swimming and kayaking is of good size and good condition. Good variety of outdoor places to sit between screened porch and outdoor fire pit plus outdoor and indoor family games to play. Access was easy and everything worked as expected. « This was our family's first time to Candlewood Lake/Squantz Pond. The area is picturesque and the location of this property is perfect. The porch off of the living area directly overlooks Squantz Pond and mountains. The basement was ideal for teenagers with a projector screen, air hockey/pool, and exercise equipment. « Had a break of 5 days with my wife and 2 kids. The place is well decorated and charming. It is surrounded by trees. Everything in the house was of great quality and hand picked by Melanie. Melanie was also very responsive and has a great sense of hospitality. Would definitively go back to enjoy Fall colors. Many hiking places around the area. »

« Property is peaceful. Kitchen well equipped down to coffee togo cups. Marco very supportive and welcoming. Really wants you to be at home and enjoy the space. Homemade potpourri in some areas so delightful, not over powering just spa like. Easy check out. Take out trash, run dishwasher, and put all towels in one spot. (We opted laundry room) We has 6 adults and had plenty of space. »
