800 meters from the beautiful Dunes beach, this semi-detached holiday home features two private courtyards (one at the front and one at the rear). It includes a direct entrance into a living room with a dining area and a seating area (table, 4 chairs, sideboard, sofa bed, TV on a small stand), a kitchenette (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini-oven, washing machine, 4-burner gas hob), a shower room (shower, sink, storage), and a separate toilet.

There is one bedroom (1 double bed + bedside tables + wardrobe) and a hallway leading to a second bedroom (1 double bed + bedside table + storage).

Wi-Fi access is available. The rear courtyard is enclosed and fully paved, with a garden shed and outdoor furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, 4 sun loungers).

Private parking is available at the front of the house.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY (+€90), to be booked through the agency.
