There is no phone to call and no desk service, no receptionist, nobody to help you and the security guys are good persons but not trained to give us any instructions. The hotel is relying too much in AI and forgetting that we are all humans and may need assistance, and that sometimes guests are not Portuguese speakers. The room is not as clean as I would like:...

'Instalações de ótima qualidade, localização excelente. Varandinha agradável. Prédio novo, então tem muita unidade em obra ainda - barulho pode incomodar. A internet não funcionou, acabei roteando a minha própria internet e nem reclamei. A limpeza do apartamento deixa a desejar: assim como nos outros Charlie que eu fico, chão parece não ser muito limpo. O restante estava dentro do esperado. E uma dica: quarto com duas pessoas precisa de duas toalhas de rosto. '
