Gent.le Ospite, La ringraziamo per aver dedicato il Suo tempo a recensire la nostra struttura. Ci dispiace che non abbia riposato bene, molto probabilmente i Suoi vicini di camera sono stati inopportuni; perchè è la prima volta che riceviamo un complaint sull'insonorizzazione delle pareti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, offriamo una vasta scelta di prodotti tra cui: macchina del caffè per qualsiasi bevanda calda o fredda, macchina per il caffè tedesco, due tipi di succhi di frutta, (multivitaminico e arancia), acqua minerale naturale e gasata, croissant, fette biscottate, 5 tipi di marmellatine monoporzione, miele, crostata alla frutta, quattro tipi di affettato (prosciutto cotto e crudo, speck e salame milano), formaggio Edamer e fontina, Philadelphia monoporzione, margarina monoporzione, burrini monoporzione, uova sode, uova strapazzate, bacon e wurstel, semi di zucca, semi di lino, sesamo, 5 tipi di muesli (frutta esotica, croccante, cereali, cioccolato e mais). Ovviamente siamo sempre aperti e pronti al miglioramento, ma per una colazione di base e oltre, diciamo che non manca proprio nulla. Sperando di essere stati esaustivi nella risposta, speriamo di poterLa nuovamente e con molto piacere al Villa Isabella e cogliamo l'occasione per porgere i nostri migliori saluti.

Dear Sarah, thank you for your nice review. Villa Isabella Hotel is located along a secondary road, away from the noise of the main one, so we have a comfortable area zone for our Guests. Reception office take care of the whole organization of the hotel and its activities; very probably the Manager was concentrate in his work, and for this reason it not means that is not gentle. All our rooms have a private balcony, the minibar is in all rooms also and there’s also a choice of fresh fruit every morning on rich buffet for each type of products.
