Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

Guests of Trails End can also enjoy SEASONAL access to the nearby Upper Village Community Pool Center (closed seasonally for Spring & Fall maintenance). Property was excellent and easy to navigate. Location next to chairlift and proximity to downtown was unbeatable. Great accommodations and easy to work with host. Would stay again!

Lovely spot that felt secluded even though we were right next to main street. Very it and comfortable. The second bed mattress was not great - worn out and not too comfy, but everything else was amazing and we stay again.

Property was ok. Somewhat dated but pretty clean. Checkin was awful. Zero communication from mgt co. Received an email on how to check in an hour and 38 minutes AFTER checkin time. Then had to drive to property mgt office to pick up keys. Checkout was also a hassle. Had to again drive to mgt office to turn in the keys. There has to be a simpler way to do that. Not worth the hassle.

The only bad thing I would say is that the locks to the condo door and to the garage stick badly. You have to wiggle the key and push the door in and out to get in. At one point I thought I was just going to be locked out because of it. I would recommend factoring in at least a few extra minutes to deal with the lock.

We went to Breckenridge for late spring skiing and hit the jackpot with snow and a great location. Location is easy walk to the lifts and downtown as advertised. Management company was super responsive and everything was as advertised. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had a great time at Trails End. The property is just as described. The underground (and heated) parking is a huge game changer! We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and storage was spacious. We had some trouble with keeping the unit at a comfortable temperature and the thermostats are initially confusing. The laundry facilities were not convenient. The change machine was not working and the dryers did not heat well. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Check in/out was slightly annoying being off sight and the parking there was full so hard to find a spot. Minor fuss. Couldn’t be any closer to quicksilver lift. Heated garage was nice and you can walk anywhere in town in under 10 minutes.

check in was easy, the staff communicated through text messages with quick response time, walking distance to downtown, felt very safe, we were very happy when we saw 2 fans in the closet to use, as we are used to sleeping with fans on.

Check in and out was super easy and you can text needs with the property manager which was super convenient. This condo has great space and we enjoyed our stay. Hard to stay with small children who have early bed times if they like to sleep in a dark room, but eventually the sun goes down and all works out! Bathrooms and main living spaces were clean. Bed in second bedroom is very firm. The property is walking distance to the mainstreet shops and restaurants. If you park in the garage be sure to unload your luggage at the buildings main entrance before parking. You will still have a few steps to carry it up, but better than multiple sets as there is no elevator connection in the garage to the rest of the building. Overall this property met our expectations.

We enjoyed our night here. The condo is in great condition. Outside pool was nothing fancy but the kids enjoyed it. Great location to walk to main street. Check in was delayed about an half an hour which was kind of a pain for us. Thanks for the great stay.

Rental was exactly as described. The unit was very comfortable. Well stocked for cooking. Very close to ski area even in spring with closest ski-in, ski-out lift closed. Easy drive to mountain. And free shuttle to the mountain is right across the street. Super easy.

We had a very bad exoerience. Even though the apartment is very well located ,the heating system did not work. !!!! We stayed there from the 20th december until the 30th. , 2021. We complained and they told us someone will fix it. They sent someone but could not fix it it!!! We were freezing. We got back to out country all sick. They brought us two mini heathers after bringing an equipment that looked like an 1800’s piece of trash that left a burning odor. After complaining, they refunded some money, (420 us dls) but we paid tons of money for a well functioning apartment. we are still waiting for the owner to get in touch. We have written several e mails and the sky country resorts administration doesnt answer. Neither the owner. I imagine they no longer want to give customer service since we already paid a lot of money !! They shoukd not rent an apartment knowing the heating system is broken. SHAME ON THE OWNER AND SKY COUNTRY RESORTS

Not ideal for older guests for several reasons. 1. Not easy to unload luggage from the car and get up to the room. 2. Poor lighting. 3. TV and Internet both went out and I had to troubleshoot myself. 4. Not good/comfortable TV viewing. 5. Not much eating space (no dining room table - island only). 6. Shower in the second bathroom didn't work (called it in - actually spoke to a real person so that was nice).

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location is great - a bit off the bustle of main street but easily walkable. Beautiful views from the balcony. The property was nicely renovated and furnished - very clean and comfortable. We would definately stay here again.

We needed a place in a pinch to cover one night away to celebrate my SIL’s 40th birthday. It was just 3 of us, and this location worked perfectly. FAR better than booking a hotel room since we had the luxury of a full kitchen and living space. It was everything we needed!
