Slopeview Chalet is a 46 sqm ground-floor apartment in the Grand Chalet complex on Strada Vânătorului in Poiana Brașov — a secure alpine residence with chalet-style architecture, landscaped grounds and direct access to the surrounding pine forest and ski slopes. The apartment has been finished to a boutique hotel standard: full marble-effect tiling in the bathroom, dark-wood kitchen cabinetry with designer pendant lighting, a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linen and two Sony Smart TVs. Its defining feature is the private ground-floor terrace with outdoor bistro seating, accessible directly from the living room through large sliding doors — your own outdoor corner in the mountains, without a single stair.

Bedroom
Queen-size bed with upholstered headboard, hotel-quality white linen and rolled towels on arrival. Warm bedside lamps, rattan pendant light and wood-panel accent wall. Sony Smart TV (108 cm). Full-height fitted wardrobe and vanity desk with stool. Blackout curtains. Direct terrace access.

Living Room
Open-plan living and dining with an L-shaped cream sofa (sofa bed with storage for up to 4 guests), round oak dining table with chairs, Sony Smart TV (139 cm) with cable, floor lamp and 500 Mbps WiFi throughout. Large sliding doors opening directly onto the private terrace.

Private Terrace
Ground-floor private terrace with folding bistro table and two chairs, accessed directly from the living room — enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink with the pine forests of Poiana Brașov as your backdrop. Green lawns of the Grand Chalet complex surround the terrace.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with dark-wood cabinetry, marble-effect worktop and designer pendant track lighting: 2-ring induction hob with extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided, electric kettle. No oven, no dishwasher, no toaster.

Bathroom
Designer full bathroom with walk-in glass shower, overhead rainfall shower head and handheld attachment, matte black fittings, full marble-effect floor-to-ceiling tiling, wood-effect tiled shower surround, round LED backlit mirror, vessel basin on floating oak vanity and heated towel rail. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

500 Mbps fibre WiFi — ideal for remote work. Blackout curtains throughout. Free parking in front of the building.

• The check-in and check-out times may be made flexible upon request, depending on the availability.

• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.V
