« This was was perfect for a big group of friends visiting Tampa area. There were more than enough rooms/bathrooms and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably . Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that can sleep a big group! »

« The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. »

« Place looked amazing in person and there was so much to do while at our stay. Very clean and had little to no problems. Host was very nice to us. »

« From start to finish this process was seamless. The property was identical to the pictures. When we arrived, the entire group was pleasantly surprised. The house was just what we needed for our stay and so much more. The host was very professional and answered all our questions ASAP. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater and the pool was very relaxing. We made soooooo many memories and TikTok videos in the stairs. We indeed had more than enough space. We will definitely be booking you guys...

« We have stayed in many homes before and I must say, this one was perfect. The house was super clean and very well equipped from linens to dishes and cooking utensils. It was even equipped to enjoy the beach with chairs and towels which is very unusual. Again thank you and if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay in this house again. We highly recommend this home for 2 - 3 couples or a family with children. It is very comfortable and also has outdoor games to enjoy family time. »

« 5 stars We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway.A few suggestions—adding a few more kitchen items would make cooking a bit easier, and having extra paper towels and garbage bags on hand would be helpful.Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely rent this home again. Highly recommended! »

« We had a blast here. The owner, Gary, was very nice and walked us through the house's features. Its very spacious and has many amenities, one being the indoor pool and spa which was perfect after the vacation activities. We loved it and had a great time. We will definitely be back! »

« Everything went as planned. Location was awesome. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do but not bothered by the busy city noises and traffic. The park down the road was amazing. Kayaked and enjoyed the serenity of all the beautiful nature. We will definitely be back. Only negative is the coffee creamer needs to be replaced before every visitor. « We just spent 3 weeks at the Zen Den while my husband had surgery at Moffitt Cancer Center and recuperated. It was a perfect fit. So close to the hospital while he was there and then the clinic for post-op! A nice neighborhood where we could walk and allow him to build up strength after surgery. Many places to eat or pick up food nearby, and Publix too. A pool for my daughter’s amusement. The townhouse itself was perfect. Very clean, very private and everything we needed and more was included....

« Very large house with lots of activities to keep all age groups entertained. Centrally located to attractions. Host was responsive to our requests. »

« We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. »
