Large family vacation

This property was very clean and nice to stay at. I would stay here again. It is close to shopping stores. It was very easy to communicate with the manager of this property.

Lots of room but very dated inside.

We loved the room we had for our family to spread out. The home was in need of a refresh. The decor and I am sure the beds and pillows were from the early 2000. Some of us had to sleep on couches because beds and pillows were horrible. I think some bathroom remodels and thorough cleaning and paint the whole house would make space more enjoyable. The house still had a land line! We loved the pool but had to pay 200 extra for it to be heated. We also had to buy our own supplies for most of the house. We have stayed in many VRBO before but this was the least comfortable and supplied the least for a family traveling from out of town. The communication was excellent with the management company. We will probably not stay in this property again but like the area. I

Wonderfull place in a great neighbourhood

Me and my family stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time in this great house which is perfectly located in a grate neighbourhood. We have been coming to Sarasota/Bradenton for many years over Christmas and this is one of our favourite places to date. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Relaxing Florida Break

Great area, lots to do around but also a lot calmer than Orlando and access to glorious beaches. Overall house was as described and Sabal Harbour is an excellent base for all the Gulf Coast has to offer, we have been visiting the area for more than 10 years so know it well so important that you allow for the fact that most of the houses around the area are at least 20 years old so not luxurious. Heathers house has been well kept and the pool was particularly good and thoroughly enjoyed by all the family. We found the dishwasher and the dryer to be old so not as effective as we would have liked but felt we got excellent value for money and would stay again. We did have a few communication challenges, to be fair they seem to be down to how Hotmail talks to other email systems and Heather sorted it all out in time for us to have a great week in Sabal Harbour.

Decent ammenities - a pamphelt of info woul be helpful for people staying

We stayed about a week at this location, and everything was ok. The location was great - the neighborhood was quiet. Having a "welcome pamphlet" explaining everything in the house would've been very helpful. Had issues with all of the TV's in the house as none of them were on the right input (Had to figure out how to correct these ourselves). The TV in the family room was never used as we couldn't figure out how to turn it on - none of the remotes worked. Almost all of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work, which we found out the hard way trying to make breakfast one morning. There was also a wet towel left to dry in the master bathroom when we arrived. A bathmat to get out of the shower in the master bathroom would be helpful as there was one in the secondary bathroom. We have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and this was the first one that didn't have any instructions/details left behind. This would be very helpful information to leave for future guests.

House had nothing. Not even napkins or toilet paper. Not even paper towel or wipes. Had to buy everything for a week stay. Patio was dirty. Floats were all leaking or no good. Pool was nice tho. One shower is good and the other wasn’t. Toilets take forever to flush. Owners not flexible re expectations of the house. Warned!

Family vacation 2021

We just arrived home after a week in this wonderful home. This place was perfect for our large family. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kids got lots of use out of the pool. I loved watching the wildlife that inhabits the pond behind the home. Neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We all really enjoyed our stay.

overall stay at this house was very enjoyable. fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms/bathrooms, nice pool and view. The only negative that we had was not clean house, so we cleaned it ourselves. Still would recommend it to others and maybe will stay again in the future.

Week-long vacation stay

This was a perfect getaway from the cold up north while staying safe from the pandemic. The heated pool was really good, especially for the kids. The place is close to several restaurants that are a close drive away.

Very quiet lovely location

We were looking for some place to stay that was clean and somewhat safe during this pandemic and that’s exactly what we found! This home was spacious, clean, well stocked and just a overall home away from home! If I could request 1 thing for improvement it would be to upgrade the mattress On the queen bed in the master bedroom... I still give this home high ratings because overall the home is gorgeous and we will be a repeat guest.
