Welcome to Our Happy Place, a stylish 3BR/3BA condo in Margaritaville at One Particular Harbour, Harbour Isles. Enjoy two en suite baths, a fully stocked island kitchen, dining for six, and a screened lanai overlooking peaceful lake and preserve views. Designed by an interior decorator for a calm, coastal feel. Resort pool, splash pad, and grills on site; Holmes Beach is just 2 miles away. Dog-friendly, with a dedicated workspace for remote days. Sleeps 6 in real beds, no bunks.



The Space:

Our Happy Place was put together by an interior decorator, and it shows. The open living area is bright and easy, with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and large sliders that open straight onto a screened lanai with calm lake and nature-preserve views — a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while the birds settle in. Remote-controlled ceiling fans run throughout the living room, lanai, and all three bedrooms.



The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking, with an island and four bar stools for casual meals and a separate dining table that seats six. Whether you're here for a long weekend or settling in for the season, you have everything you need to spread out and feel at home.



All three bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite has a king bed, a private en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and remote-controlled blinds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own en suite with a tub-and-shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed, with the third full bathroom just outside. Every bed is a real bed — no bunks — which makes this an easy fit for couples traveling together, families with older kids, or anyone settling in for a longer stay.



Guest Access:

Every guest, every length of stay, enjoys the Harbour Isles community amenities: a resort-style heated pool and splash pad, a shaded bar and lounge area, propane grills, and scenic walking and biking trails with views out over Anna Maria Sound.



Stays of 30 nights or longer also unlock the private Beach Club — multiple additional pools and a hot tub, a fitness center overlooking the Sound, the Sky Bar and restaurant, kayak launches, and miles of waterfront trail. It's a genuine draw for snowbirds and monthly guests, and well worth calling out to anyone weighing a longer booking.



The home is on the 1st floor and there is an elevator.

🌴Is there a minimum age requirement to make a reservation?🌴

Yes, the minimum age required to make a reservation is 21 years old.



🌴 Is the property pet-friendly? 🌴

We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or nightly rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.



If you do not honor our pet policy and bring an unapproved pet, there is a $500 fine.



🌴 Is smoking allowed? 🌴

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside, there is a $250 fine plus the cost of remediation.



🌴 If I leave something it be sent back to me? 🌴

We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $50 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.



🌴 What kind of coffee machine do you have? 🌴

We have a kurig.



🌴 Can I book for less than 5 nights? 🌴

Unfortunately not, due to the amount of wear and tear on the homes from frequent turnovers we have a 5 night minimum across our portfolio.



🌴 What is the nearest beach? 🌴

The nearest beach is Holmes Beach which is 2.1 miles away.



🌴 What beach equipment do you provide? 🌴

We provide beach chairs for our guests. If there is additional equipment you need you would either need to bring it or rent it.



🌴 Is it possible to have a late check-out? 🌴

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate a late checkout. Our cleaning team works on a scheduled timeline and has an agreed arrival time to prepare the property properly for the next guests. Thank you very much for your understanding
