Our host was very attentive and responded to a few questions. In the future, this rental will have a swimming pool as we watched the final touches being added. The house was clean and well appointed.

Good location

The home is very clean. Grocery stores are within a mile. Airport is a very short drive very easy to get to. Close to some very good restaurants also, Cody’s roadhouse/ Kate’s breakfast cafe both very good. Only thing I would recommend is for owner to upgrade beds mattresses are very dated and uncomfortable.

Nothing fancy but met our needs. Game room was a nice bonus, especially with those who have grade school or early teen kids. Location was perfect for us. Would highly recommend SOB Burgers, the food and the owners are great. Great communication and easy check in.

Pleasant stay!

Check-in was seamless and the owner was very quick to respond to questions. House is located on a quiet street and a neutral location so it made getting to various locations/landmarks much easier! All appliances were new and the house was clean and in great condition - cookie sheets, a full length mirror, and a few beach chairs would be a nice addition but everything that was needed for our stay was available.

Soccer tournament stay

We had a soccer tournament at the IMG Academy Fields. It was very convenient to stay 5-10 mins from the field. The house was very family friendly and very clean! Neighbor hood was very quiet, which is very nice to have when you have to wake up early for a game! We would recommend for other soccer families!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable with basic amenities. The screened in back porch was a lovely place to sip coffee in the mornings. We spent most of our time out sightseeing and visiting family and friends in the area but enjoyed the comfortable, quiet space in the mornings and evenings.

Perfect stay

Theis simple accommodation was perfect for me. I've recently moved my mom out of her condo and into an assisted living facility nearby. After emptying her condo, I needed a new place to stay! Grateful to have found this place. It was clean and had everything I needed. I'm sure I'll be back.

French vanilla unavailable after 10

All the basics were covered, bathroom, bed, couch, tv, coffee, mini fridge. Very clean efficiency with easy access and parking. My biggest problem traveling is forgetting to get coffee creamer for the next morning, after a few late night stops and no success I settled for a couple cans of iced coffee. I get back and put them in the mini fridge and to my amazement there’s a bottle of French vanilla coffee creamer staring back at me. If this is the owner thinking ahead, you did a fantastic job.

Perfect! We’re definitely coming back!

I was impressed on how immaculately clean it was being pet friendly. Very comfortable bed, my two daughters and I slept better than we have in a long time. We also enjoyed the neighborhood as it was very friendly and safe for my daughters to ride their scooters and hoverboards around on the sidewalks. At first I was worried about not having a kitchen, but we actually enjoyed not having to cook for five days and checked out some cool restaurants. It was great that there was a table for four for the night we ordered pizza delivery. The mini fridge kept our drinks cold unlike a lot of mini refrigerators in hotel rooms etc. 11 minute drive to Lido key where we found a public city pool right on the beach which was our favorite spot. We really liked Anna Maria Island where we found a really cool skate park. Everything was so close in either direction. Quaint outdoor table and chairs everything was so relaxing and comfortable. Everything we needed! The hosts were so nice and helpful they really put a lot into making their guest feel comfortable.
