When you walk in you’re welcomed into the living room, with a big comfy sectional couch, a side table, and a 50” tv. This open floor plan leads you to the dining room which seats 6 people and then 3 bar stools on the peninsula.
The spacious kitchen is any cooks dream kitchen, tons of storage/counter top space, a big fridge, all new appliances, a keurig that offers either kcups or a coffee pot, sugar, kcups, and creamer, a blender, silverware, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, baking sheets, casserole dishes, seasonings, little kid plates / utensils, a high chair, mixing bowls, a strainer, oven mitts, trivets, handsoap, dish soap, & dishwasher tablets! To the right of the kitchen is the laundry room!
A washer and dryer right on sight free of charge, laundry soap, an iron and ironing board, & a broom/dustpan. In the first bedroom to the left is a very comfy nectar queen bed, 2 side tables, and a Roku smart tv, and a spacious closet with hangers.
Across that bedroom is the twin bedroom, with 1 side table, a Roku smart tv, and a spacious closet also with hangers. Then there’s the other queen bedroom, with 2 side tables, a Roku smart rv, & another spacious closet with hangers. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 side tables, a Roku smart tv, a closet with hangers and the private bathroom. The master bathroom has 1 sink, a walk in shower and a toilet. The common bathroom in the hallway in between the other bedrooms has 1 sink, a toilet and a shower/bath combo. Both bathrooms have luxury shower heads, and a handheld shower head, and come with shampoo conditioner and lotion bottles.
The pool area has some floaties, and some chairs to sit back and enjoy the pool! Enjoy a cup of coffee or take a break swimming in the pool and relax! We also have a fire pit and a charcoal grill! A huge fenced in back yard, & the drive way fits 3 cars.
