  • Een Friends House is een schone, bijgewerkte ruimte met ruimte om te spreiden en comfortabel te worden !! Open en ruim, het is gewoon klaar om je schoenen uit te doen en te ontspannen in zijn ongedwongen comfort in een zeer tropische omgeving. Perfecte start van een geweldige vakantie!

    De inrichting is comfortabel. Extra grote stoelen en loveseats met witte hoesjes, volledig gerenoveerde keuken, een formele eetkamer met een noodlijdende stijl tafel die comfortabel 6 stoelen.

    De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van moderne roestvrijstalen apparaten, helder witte kasten, smaakvolle glazen metrotegels en lux kwarts tellers. Alles wat u zich kunt voorstellen in een goed gevulde keuken. Een gloednieuwe 55 inch tv. Geniet van een goede nachtrust in een van de twee queensize matrassen (een zachte en een semi-stevige) met nieuwe lakens, geweldige kussens en lichte dekbedden.

    Het privéterras met een bistrotafel en 4 stoelen tussen de vegende kerstboompalmen en gigantische varens is ideaal om te ontspannen. De patio is een heerlijk toevluchtsoord, ideaal om buiten te dineren, te grillen, een roman te lezen of te genieten van uw favoriete cocktail of wijn. De ruimte wordt 's nachts verlicht met verlichting in Edison-lampstijl! Perfecte manier om te ontspannen na een dag vol actie op het strand. We hebben ook strandstoelen en koelers om mee te nemen. Hadden we al gezegd dat we slechts een paar kilometer verwijderd zijn van de golfstranden, Bradenton, Coquina, Holmes Beach - en Anna Maria!

    Een Friends House heeft voldoende open parkeerplaatsen. We zijn erg blij om onze gasten met boten te ontvangen. Laat het uw host vooraf weten.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The amenities are great. The outside shower was one of our faves. The stay was great for both kids and adults. Would definitely stay again!

Trip to Anna Maria Island

The house was every thing the add said. Very nice and clean. With children, the pool was a must and it was perfect for them. It was very easy to get to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family spring break

The property was very clean and super aesthetically pleasing. The backyard was perfect for containing the little ones. The owner was very friendly and accommodating as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa worked well for us. I didn’t know it was a villa/duplex prior to arrival. But it still worked out for our trip and group. Had a good time. Communication was great.

Beautiful comfortable beach house!

We loved everything about this house. The layout, the pool, the decoration. It was so beautiful and comfortable. It was very close to shopping, the beach and the town.. Fantastic!

Its exactly what it looks like in the pics. Clean, well kept, nice pool, comfortable beds ect. Drive to the beach was quick. Kids liked it so much they wanted to always go back early from the beach trips to swim.

We had everything we needed

This property was perfect for our stay for our party of 7! The home was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed the pool after long days at the tournament we were in town for. We slept like babies on the super comfortable beds. Hosts were quick to answer all of my questions prior to arrival and made sure we checked in ok. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

We had the most amazing time at Coconut Dreams! The owners thought of every detail! The property was beautiful and very clean. The owners were incredibly responsive to all my questions and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. Perfect location and amenities for a family of 10. Spotless, organized, welcoming and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack and play and stroller! Family vacation

Our stay was excellent! It far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped. Communications with owners was great. Pool and back yard were perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time out there. Layout worked wonderful for each family to have some private space. Check out was the easiest of any VRBO we have stayed at. Location is close everything we needed and wanted to do while there. We loved it and are hopeful for a return trip.

Very satisfied!

This stay was everything my family needed, and more. There was quite a few items that we had forgot to bring on the trip such as sunscreen, bug spray, small items, etc. Not to worry, though the host had that covered everything in the house was for our use, and it was very much appreciated. In addition, house was very clean and nicely decorated. Location was close to beaches and you didn’t have to travel far for activities. We had lots of fun and plan on coming back in the future.

House was perfect. Spotless. Checkin was easy and owner allowed us to check in early. Perfect for family with older parents because master bedroom is away from rest of house. Pool area was the best part. Very private and well appointed. Water was a balmy 85. My grandkids loved it. Recommend highly!!

Perfect Place to stay

The property is so easy to find and get to! I rented this property for my sister and her family to stay at for the week of my wedding! 6 adults and small 4 children.The kids loved the pool and it was close proximity to everything (beach, the wedding venue, restaurants, a Walgreens and Dollar Tree). The house plenty of dishes and pot and pans. There was also ample amount of linens and towels. We could not have asked for anything more and the price point was perfect for them! My new husband and I live in St Petersburg and are frequent visitors to Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic in every way!

This property is extremely well-maintained and beautifully equipped. John and Chrissy are so responsive, they answered every question immediately. There are no surprises here - the pictures are very accurate, the location is absolutely perfect, and amenities, (pool, grill, etc.) are in great shape, (no excessive wear and tear like you may see at other properties). We loved driving over to the island, literally a 5-minutes' drive. But we mostly loved hanging out at the pool, grilling, and spending time together. Lucikly, this house offers you both options-- easy, breezy! We'll be back next year!

The house is a little deceptive from the outside. It is much larger than you think. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of closet space. Plenty of seating for a larger group. The decor is adorable, perfectly beachy. There are multiple options for kiddos to play in the back yard. The pool is the perfect size. They have all the main necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms (you need to bring aluminum foil or baggies) but all other pots/pans/plates/glasses/flatware/cooking utensils are already there. The owners are very responsive if you have any questions. They check in regularly to make sure you have what you need and to inquire if you need anything. I will definitely plan to return to this location.
