Take a short stroll to Palma Sola Bay for serene views, picnicking, kayaking and a boat launch. Find the best seafood in the quaint local restaurants in the Cortez Commercial Fishing Village, several great boutiques, and Tyler's Homemade Ice Cream just around the Corner.
Cross the Cortez bridge and you are on beautiful Anna Maria Island featuring 7 miles of sugar sand beaches.

This one bedroom unit is roomy and well-furnished. The open floor plan utilizes the space well and has everything you need to make your getaway special. You will want to brag to your friends about this perfect haven and everyone will want to make Banyan a regular part of future vacations.

You probably won't want to leave this relaxing home away from home, but if you decide to do some exploring, feel free to walk the neighborhood and enjoy lovely views of the water and the Marina at the end of the street. Or, for more adventure, Palma Sola Bay Kayak Rentals is just 2 blocks away! The historic Cortez fishing village is very close and if you cross the Cortez bridge onto Anna Maria Island, you can get to the sparkling Gulf waters within minutes. Once you're on the Island, take Anna Maria's free trolley for great shopping and dining options.

This property is a little off the beaten path but it's very clean and totally worth the money to be such a short trip to the beaches. if you can't handle stairs, this isn't for you. It is a very cute, eclectic, easy place to stay. you'll feel at home as soon as you walk in.

Location is great just right over the bridge and on the island. There are steps to get into place so make sure you are okay with that. Would stay again.

We had a very nice stay at this clean, well stocked and spacious home. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to beaches, shops and restaurants.

The price is right as long as you’re willing to drive to do everything. The view out back is not good but this unit provided us with what we were looking for, a place to sleep, shower, make breakfast then hit the road each day.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this location. We found everything we needed and appreciated having access to laundry facilities. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood with a little park just a few blocks away. The only downside of the location was the long line of traffic getting to the beach each day, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the lovely area and we would be happy to rent this place again if we were in the area.

Great place, very clean. No issue with it but one. Down stairs people very noisy. Beware sounds travels through house easily. Most annoying slamming doors at 6 AM to 7 AM getting ready for work.

Property was as advertised. Easy to get to Anna Maria Island beaches from here and all the conveniences (Starbucks, etc.) close by that aren't on the island anywhere.
