We spent 7 days here. 1) The place was very clean when we arrived2) Kitchen is well equiped (sparse, but, OK)3) The deck is a great place to hang out and have meals. Comfortable furniture.4) Nice view from deck to beach5) Short walk across the street to the beach6) Unit is located just a couple hundred feet from the trolley stops7) AC worked well8) Looked like a couple nice bicycles provided in the storage room.9) New furniture in the unitCons:1) No closets or suitcase stands2) Minimal counter space in kitchen3) The stair step coming out of the shower is very slippery and should have some type of non-slip surface4) No water pressure in the bathroom sinks5) Minimal water pressure in the shower6) Super low toilet with strange square base under it with sharp corners. 7) Hot water. Unit has some type of "on demand" hot water heater. This heater tends to cycle on/off and restrict you to 1 - 4 minutes of continuous hot water in the shower before you get blasted with cold water. I contacted the host a couple days into our stay. No response from the host. 8) It is very noisy sitting out on the deckToo many cons for this price. Will not return.
