Proximity to beach and restaurants is fantastic! Property manager was very quick to respond to our linen needs. Yay! I really should’ve let them know just how awful the 2nd bedroom mattress was while we were there, but I will be contacting them now in hopes that it will be replaced for the next people. Unit could use a good deep clean, but we enjoyed our stay anyway.

We had a great time staying here. The view of the Gulf was spectacular and the proximity to restaurants and bars was great. There are a few minor things that could be fixed like the Master Bath door did not latch or close properly and the master bath door does not work very well but overall no complaints and I would stay here again.

Good location- walking distance to a lot of things . We wished we could have walked the dog on the path by the beach but county rules prohibit. In January 2024 there is sewer line construction right across the street. Good balcony and view.

This is our 2nd stay at this unit; you simply cannot beat the location - stroll down the street to the bay to enjoy the sunrise with morning coffee on a community bench, and either watch sunsets from either balcony, or cross the street and you’re steps away from the beach. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and leave your vehicle safely parked at the unit. While the street noise can get excessive, it usually settles down in time for a decent nights sleep. The unit itself needs work. We appreciated the owners allowing us to stay with our pup; it’s hard to find a location with direct ocean view that will. That was the major sell for us. But, unless the unit gets a significant update for our annual trip next year, we likely will find an alternative. The potential is there (incredibly simple things from replacing toilet brushes and having a single serve coffee maker to more major items like making sure the 2nd bath door can close completely; and, replacing the master bedroom ceiling fan - it was removed for some reason, forcing us to crank the A/C to cool that space). But the dated and dust-covered excessive decor (especially in the master bedroom) is a challenge. Less is more. The master shower was redone nicely; hopefully that’s the start of something that can make this unit extra special in its overall presentation.

The property is right on the main drag on the island. Each condo haa two parking spots on site. It is a raised condo. If steps arent your thing, this is not the spot for you. Bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Stocked kitchen, 4 patios. 2 that face the gulf. It's an older condo and they have started updates. Upstairs gets a bit warm & main bedroom does not have a fan. Overall, good deal & nice condo.

It is a beach house through and through. Second bedroom was a. Murthy which was perfectly ok. If I had to nit pick I would hope for better linens next time. But all in all it was a pleasant stay with 2 parking spaces. And the beautiful white sand beach was directly across the street. Beautiful sunsets lots of patios.

The property was better than we thought it would be! It's been updated from the pictures shown, and the location was fantastic...there are two good decks, one on the ocean side and one on the other side, where you can catch the sun with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunset at night. This is REALLY right across the road from the beach, and there are lots of great places in walking distance for meals, fun, etc. We went on long beach walks every day and it was great. The kitchen is good and very functional - we picked up groceries and had breakfast at home every day, and a lunch and dinner...the restaurants are so good we wanted to eat out as much as possible. Rich is the maintenance guy and he's GREAT. We called him for a small thing (a piece of wood to block the patio door from opening) and he responded super fast, fixed us up, and left us his cell with instructions to call whenever....he also gave us some great tips on things to visit on the island, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

the photos online were extremely old, the photo of the bedroom, , for instance, the furniture outside was weather beaten the floor was filthy, and the landlord expected us to do the laundry for her. the first floor balcony of the living room, was to dangerous to walk on the floor was sinking into the carport underneath. I have photos to prove this and much more.

This was a nice townhome to spend the weekend at the beach. The beach is right across Gulf drive with easy access (not hundreds of yards to carry stuff). There are two piers into the ocean as well for fishing. Can see the sunset from the second story balcony. Two parking spaces are a plus and walking distance to the restaurants and bars. There is also a small pier at the end of the road into the bay side. Checkin/out simple and owner/service is really responsive. It is a bit dated and some things are a bit old/run down but good water pressure and all interior appliances functioned well. There is a washer/dryer unit in the car porch we did not use so I can't speak for that. Very handy hose outside to clean off from beach. Definitely recommend.

The property manager was quick to reply. The view from the two west facing decks are gorgeous! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It's obviously an older condo so some upkeep is needed. The bathroom door in the master bedroom would not close unless you wrestled with it. The bedroom door had peeling paint. The master bedroom closet doors would not stay in the tracks so they just kind of fell open. None of this is reason to not rent. My biggest complaint was that they were power washing & painting the exterior when we arrived. The painters initially said we could not use the parking spots at all. This was changed the next day to mean we had to get up at 6:30 a m. and move our vehicle across the street to beach parking. Completely inconvenient. If we used our vehicle at all during the day, we lost any chance of parking by our condo. The property manager was sympathetic but.... Day three, the painters moved on to painting the decks. We lost use of the east facing decks, total pain because that was the entry deck. Nowhere to put towels, shells, sandy shoes, etc. We lost use of the main west facing decks for the next two days. At one point, we couldn't even get out the sliding door because the painters had piled up all the chairs and tables in front of it. We were not informed that painting would be going on during our stay. We were told that there would be compensation, which I have not heard from the property or seen anything refunded on my account. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I loved the condo and the location but our vacation was truly messed up and the inconveniences were not addressed.

We were very pleased with the property, the views are beautiful! Having coffee each morning trying to decide which beautiful view to enjoy. 3 outside areas to relax. Easy to cross the street to the beach, chairs, and an umbrella are provided. (they may need to be replaced soon) Also having a washer and dryer was helpful. The cars during the day were constant but at 10 pm the town and streets go silent! Definitely will return maybe sooner than later!

Short n sweet review here. Great access to Bridge street for restaurants etc, a great short walk. The house was spacious, but very dated and too cluttered. Being right on the road, the balcony wasn’t quite as calm and relaxing as we had hoped, and the view is obstructed by the large pine trees. Good for the beach and beach access though. Overall, an OK stay, check in etc., but don’t think we’d do it again.

We really enjoyed the beautiful view and close access of the beach and ocean front views from the decks on the condo. Nice places to dine were in walking distance as were the bus stops. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf and well taken care of beaches of white sand. We enjoyed our stay at the attractive, roomy and clean condo!
