Anna's Cottage, located at 105 3rd Street South in Bradenton Beach is a historic beach cottage located across the street from the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This beach cottage features a large screened in patio in the backyard with a gas BBQ grill and outside table. It’s a wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation retreat! You are just a few blocks from the heart of Bradenton Beach and Bridge Street with trolley stops close by. Bring your four legged family member, Annas Cottage is now dog friendly!

The living room features a 42" flat screen television.
This three bedroom, two bath cottage will sleep six with one queen size bed in each bedroom.
Anna’s Cottage is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

This was a wonderful week long stay, perfect property for three couples. Location was perfect for us, maybe 50 yards from the restaurants, bars, and shopping that Bridge St offers, and about the same distance from the beach. Speaking of the beach, there is a small shed in the back containing beach chairs, a cooler, and even a wagon for bringing your stuff to the beach. The kitchen was modern with everything you'd need if you wanted to cook your own meals. Access to a washer/dryer was a plus. We had smokers in our group, so the screened in porch got a lot of use. We didn't use the cute gas fire pit area in the back, but we did use the deck area adjacent to the screened in porch. All in all, we heartily recommend this property.

Anna's Cottage was wonderful! The hosts were very helpful with any questions I had, sent a welcome letter with information and made the check in process easy! The cottage was in a wonderful location, just across the street from the beach and a block from Bridge Street. It is a very clean well-kept cottage, nice backyard, screened in patio with all the amenities (including beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys) we needed. Loved it!

Pleased with the cottage, though we did not spend much time there. Small issue with one of the bathrooms that we reported, and requested that the repairs were completed after our stay. Property management was very responsive.

Wonderful beachhouse

Have been coming to AMI since 1959. Spent every summer at Atlantic Beach with my family. Stayed at Annas Cottage with my spouse , brother and his wife. Love it. Only thing missing was a full length mirror to check outfits.

Family Beach Week

This house was perfect for our family! It accommodated us well, was literally steps from the beach, the updated backyard was a highlight our of kids and we enjoyed having the restaurants and shops a beach road over. It was such a convenient location for watching the sunrise from the pier to the sunset over the Gulf!

Awesome location, close to beach and restaurants/bars.

Nice property, loved the screened in back porch. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon available for beach time. We go to bradenton beach every year, this property is now our favorite.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of this property was perfect for us. 1 block off of Bridge Street and one block from the beach. Many of us gathered at the beach in front of the Moose- it was an easy walk. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed when we got there and the maintenance person came on a Sunday and was super friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for accuracy of listing was that I didn't realize that there WAS a washer/dryer on the property, as well as numerous other items such as beach chairs, beach toys, fins, Cornhole boards, etc. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The location was great. all the dishes, Pots and pans, utensils were all dirty. and had to be hand washed the dish washer did not work. the HVAC was controlled through the internet. we had to adjust the thermostat every 2 hrs. 24 hrs. a day. there was no wash cloths or small bathroom towels. we had go buy them I also hade to go by a Fan and I left it there because of the HVAC in the front bedroom.
