Sjöbacken – Lovely apartment in the heart of Braås

Welcome to your own private hideaway in Braås. This cozy basement apartment is nestled into a gentle slope, giving you a calm and secluded feeling while still being close to everything you need. With your own entrance and private space, you can come and go freely and enjoy a relaxed and independent stay.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious hallway with plenty of room for luggage, as well as neatly stored outdoor furniture that you’re welcome to use. The kitchen is well equipped and has enough space for everyone to cook and enjoy meals together around the dining table for four.

The living room has a comfortable sofa facing the TV, which comes with Chromecast for easy streaming. There’s also a sofa bed that can be turned into an extra bed when needed. With blackout curtains, the room is perfect for relaxing evenings and restful nights.

The bedroom features a comfortable 180 cm bed and a wardrobe. The large bathroom has a shower and washing machine, making it easy to feel at home even during longer stays.

Outside, you have your own small gravel patio with seating, as well as access to the lawn surrounding the house. There is plenty of space to park your car right outside the entrance. The lawn is shared with the other residents, but you’re welcome to enjoy it for playing, relaxing or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings.

A short walk takes you down to the lake, where a large jetty provides the perfect spot for a refreshing swim or a quiet moment by the water.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves, along with your own outdoor space and parking right outside the door. The combination of privacy, comfort and close proximity to the lake makes Sjöbacken a lovely base for a relaxing stay in Braås.
