Perfect little place-close to everything

We came here on Spring Break, and although the weather didn't cooperate with all the things we had planned, this place was just perfect. Had everything you needed, is very close to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants and SO close to the water park (which is where we spent most of our time). The property owner was VERY responsive and accommodating (bad weather during check out and let us check out late). Even offering us to stay another night if need be. The fireplace was a great spot to warm up! Cute little condo!

Family and Golfing visit

Boyne Mountain is an excellent location to visit family and all the surrounding golf courses.We did not use any of the resort amenities as our main reason was golf which this time was not at the mountain but further away.The unit is ideal for two people. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom. Host was very easy to work with as well as very responsive.

Great location, just a few steps to the bottom of the ski slopes at Boyne Resort. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 3 young kids and my husband and I. Place was clean, the communication was good. Would stay again.

New year getaway

We did not have the best luck with snowy weather. Only a few runs were open but you can absolutely keep your family busy with so many activities other than skiing. The sky bridge lit up at night covered in Christmas lights was so beautiful. The location of this condo is probably one of the best onsite. Everything. Literally Everything, Is within a short walking distance - steps. Home owners were easy to get a hold of via text for any needs or questions. Perfect way to finish 2023. We will be back

The location is excellent, we were steps away from the ski lifts and Avalanche Bay. The place was very clean and very cozy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and if we come up to snowboard this winter, we will definitely be staying.

Great location

We had an amazing weekend away and the location was great as well. We were able to visit Charlivoix, Boyne city, and Petoskey all a short drive away. We also took advantage of the skybridge being so close. The place was very clean, comfortable, and decorated so cute. We can’t wait to come back!

Phenomenal ski in / ski out

Perfect 1st floor condo steps away from Mountain Express ski lift at Boyne Mountain Ski Resort. This condo was literally one of the closest to the lifts as you walk out the back door. The condo was just as advertised and everything appeared brand new / remodeled. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts sent email with information a few days before trip and text messaging with questions resulted in an instant response. Hosts provided a few snacks and little items you may have forgotten to pack but are quite convenient. Never ran out of hot water for showering and multiple restaurants are all within a 10 min drive (if you don’t want to exclusively eat at ski resort). We made breakfast and lunch at condo and went out for dinner each night. My wife and I highly recommend Cafe Sante, which was recommended to us by the hosts. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would stay again the next time we visit Boyne Mountain.

5 of us stayed here - cozy and chic and great location

Nicely trendy decorated. Cozy gas fireplace in living room. Funky kind of weird faux fireplace in the bedroom that did really kick out the heat and was kind of cool - it grew on me. It was tight - we had my 81 year old mom and 16 year old daughter sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room, my husband and I in the King sized bed, and our 11 year old on the futon in the bedroom (and in the King sized bed with us). But it worked out. The host was amazing - I asked about a coffee maker (besides the Keurig that was there) and she brought one over before we even got there. There was an issue with one of the futon legs breaking and she offerend to bring over a roll out bed immediately (at like 10:00 at night) (the futon turned out to be okay since our very light weight 11 year old was the one sleeping on it). I wouldn't recommend the futon for anyone over 12 probably. They had some very thoughtful amenities. Like a humidifier because the air dries out because of the fireplace - and dark gray towels to wipe down your skis when you bring them inside - and ski holders on the walls - lots and lots of hooks for coats, snowpants, and gear - lots of boot trays to put your wet ski boots on - lots of hooks in the bathroom - and lots of towels. Appliances all seemed new and in good shape. It was very clean. Just felt like a very nice place to stay. The location was amazing. My husband was thrilled and kept thanking me for finding this place because it literally was right next to the ski hill with the super fast lift - you probably can't stay closer to the hill than this. So much nicer than having to drive 20 minutes to the ski hill. Would definitely reccomend! It is is snug though - so make sure you are very comfortable with the people you are staying there with - one bathroom accessible through the bedroom.

Perfect location. Very clean. Short walk to the Ski Lift and Restaurants. Good communication. Thoughtful supplies and some nice touches most rentals do not have. We will rent again and recommend to others.
