Upon walking into the house, we could smell a strong air freshener smell which became overwhelming all throughout the house. 'The house is cozy, meaning it has only 2 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and a living-dining-kitchen area downstairs. Upstairs, both rooms together had a total of 3 beds that were roomy enough for my 4 teenagers (ranging in heights from 5’10” to 6’3”). The teens all complimented the mattress comfort! 'This is a delightful old farmhouse with two large modern bathrooms upstairs and half bath down. The house is full of nooks and crannies and 4 bedrooms. The staircase is steep and narrow but fine for our 70 year old party of 4. The back patio is lovely with a shade awning and plenty of seating for a larger party. 'The owner needs to visit the property and give it an overall cleaning and update. It seems this is being rented out while being renovated. There was mail in the box and a package on the steps that gave the impression the property had not been visited in a bit. The dead bird on the front walk way had been there awhile too (Owner was responsive in having someone remove it). The batteries are low on the keyless entree.
