« We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time. »

« A lovely property in a lovely location. In the countryside but a short drive to all of the local attractions. Stayed for a long weekend and would definitely return. The garden gets good sunshine and is mostly fake grass so doesn't get muddy if it rains. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The walk in shower cubicle is in a small ensuite but there's an over bath shower in the bigger main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there were tea bags and coffee pods already there for us. »

« Great stay! Arrived to a cream tea. The place was great and so cosy! A perfect place to stay. The Wi-Fi was good enough for laptop work. Really welcoming hosts. Will be staying again. »

« We stayed 3 days here. We were mostly out of the home but it is on a very quiet street that when we slept we didn’t have any issues of traffic or other people. The stairs can be difficult so it you have stairs be prepared. They are a beautiful set of stairs. You are in waling distance of multiple restaurants. The host was VERY accommodating and assured us when we arrived early. It was very much appreciated! »

« The property was ideally placed with a fantastic view from all windows. The walk into town was easy and took approx 10 mins and the lack of parking at the property was not a problem. We found on street parking approx 5 minute walk away. I would suggest that check in instructions include the fact that the key safe immediately on the RHS of the door is no longer in use and the current one is attached to the adjacent wall. It would have saved a bit of hassle! »

« Accommodation perfect for us as was its situation that allowed us to visit all the towns around Devon that we had planned. Communication good and would definitely stay again as we would like to visit the area possibly for a longer period next time . »

« The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. It’s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon. »

« Super! :-) Home from home, exactly as described. Lots of special touches, like milk, flowers on the table, toiletries, dressing gown & slippers. Lovely to have a choice of eating breakfast downstairs in the kitchen, and dinner upstairs in the dining area, then relax in front of the log burner after walking over Shaldon Bridge to Teignmouth beach and back (via the local pub The Church House Inn among a village full of pretty thatched cottages , also walked down to Coombe Cellars pub - notice the...

« This house is fabulous in every way. It is immaculate throughout and is in a very central location in Babbacombe. The views from the front of the house and the roof top terrace are breathtaking. Every room is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. 10 of us have just returned from a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The owners have thought of everything that is needed to make for an enjoyable stay, and they were so welcoming even leaving some birthday surprises for me on arrival....

« We had a lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage Annexe, impeccably clean, very picturesque area, didn't need to use the car much which we loved, got lots of steps in! 20 mins walk to nearby cove with lovely beach cafe, and had a fabulous meal in The Thatched Inn 😍 »

« This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone visiting the Torquay area. »

« We had a lovely 2 week holiday at Oyster cottage in Shaldon, everything that was promised in the description was there. A central position in the village, a 2 minute walk to the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The botanical gardens are well worth a visit as the views are wonderful. The craft fair on the green was a lovely surprise. The little ferry between shaldon and teignmouth was a way to visit the nearby town but walking is also a possible option. A day trip...

« Nice comfortable well presented, the whole family ages between 8 to 73 really enjoyed it especially the pool /table tennis table, would recommend for a family get together. »

« Nice, clean cottage furnished to a high specification which is well of the beaten track. Family friendly with a large communal swimming pool and games room and outside play area. There is a PodPoint 7kw charging post which is charged at a very high price if you want to use it. Consequently, there were at least 4 EV/PHEVs parked on the parking lot but nobody used it. »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...
